I live in a small city in northern Mexico, and for months I’ve been battling something I still don’t understand — intense fatigue, constant dizziness, and a deep exhaustion that has slowly taken away my ability to live normally.

Every day has become a fight. Some days it’s hard to stand, to focus, or even to get through ordinary tasks. I’ve gone from doctor to doctor searching for answers, but no one has been able to tell me what’s happening to my body.
Living with symptoms is hard — but living with the unknown is even harder.

To finally discover what’s causing this, I need several advanced tests, including:

• Polysomnography (a sleep study)
• Neurological evaluations
• Specialized lab work
• Visits with neurologists and internal medicine specialists outside my city

These tests are expensive, and many require traveling long distances — something I can no longer afford on my own.
